What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while larger furniture items requiring freight may take 10-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping for Supercell products?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the U.S. and select provinces in Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website where you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer financing through Affirm for larger purchases.
